Dear All, Firstly a big thankyou to everyone who came out to see the Deacon Blue shows in November. On behalf of the band I would like to tell you how much we enjoyed the experience. We had a great time on the road and I know from your feedback that you seemed to enjoy what we did. You can get a chance to reprise the experience on Hogmanay in Stirling if you're nearby. I usually try to find an Christmas exclusive track for download at this time of year. Last year the download fee went to the Scottish Association for Mental Health. We thought it would be good to support this good cause again. This is a version of Neil Young's "On The Way Home" (originally done by the Buffalo Springfield) which I recorded in the studio where I cut What You Are. Notable players include Jeff "Skunk" Baxter on pedal steel and Mick Slaven on guitar. All the best for Christmas and 2007. Ricky xx Comments (0)
