I hope the band are working really hard on this years set list.  It must be so hard to come back and do a new show for us fans each year.  My last Deacon Blue gig was Manchester 07 and having been to all the Liverpool gigs recently Manchester wasnt so good at all.

I personally hope the band this year play Raintown in full and give us a few extra songs on top.  Plus please play Beths Gate, Real Gone, Fergus, Wildness and This is the Life by RR and Ill be happy Smiley

Can't wait, one week to go!
I'd love to hear Circus Lights, World is lit by lightning and maybe Bethlehem's Gate but obviously I understand it's the Liverpool Pops so for those of you who are going for the first time?!............
It's not like a 'normal' DB gig! There will be lots of people who hardly even know who DB are, may have front row corporate seats and will leave for the free bar every time a song begins they don't know, some very drunk and loud people but generally everyone will be there to have a fantastic time (drunk or sober!!!).
It will be fantastic and you don't need to worry about standing up and dancing when you want because no-one will care.
The only down side is that during the quieter songs it WILL be very noisy and it can be a bit difficult to hear well but don't worry you'll be deafened during 'Fergus' etc!!!!! Grin Grin Grin

Hi, got my ticket for November and already counting down the days as i am sure the show will be spectacular as always - only this year i am going alone, since loosing my partner in February, but I know i will be completely surrounded by friends, when i am there, tears will be shed but i will sing and dance all night as we did last year and the year before that...I request Real Gone kid for my daughter (5yrs old and already a huge fan) and Make my Telephone Ring for my partner.

a DB Girl x

Real gone guy i was at manchester 07 and thought it was great what makes you say you didnt like it Huh they played all the classics brilliantly and the "Run Through The Jungle" insert half way through "Loaded" was just amazing really dark and entertaining.
